Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Drive adoption of DevOps capabilities by developing documentation, sample code, tutorials, and enablement materials.
Support engineering teams in integrating tools like GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD into their CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze data and trends to prioritize DevOps enablement initiatives and inform product roadmap decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform delivery systems align with business goals and engineering needs.

Role Responsibilities:

Mentor teams on DevOps best practices, platform usage, and compliance with security and architectural policies.
Act as a liaison between engineering teams and the DevOps product team, capturing feedback and driving improvements.
Lead discussions, provide strategic direction, and facilitate sprint activities like standups and backlog grooming.
Advocate for DevOps culture transformation by promoting psychological safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
