DevOps Engineer

You are a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure CI/CD pipelines, .NET application deployment, and Azure cloud services. Your main responsibility will be designing, implementing, and managing secure build/release pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools. Collaboration with software development and QA teams is crucial to ensure seamless integration, high-quality releases, and secure cloud-native deployments in alignment with Cloud 3.0 adoption. Your key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for .NET Core/.NET Framework applications using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. You will automate build, test, and deployment workflows with an emphasis on security, reliability, and compliance. Collaboration with engineering and QA teams to integrate automated tests and code quality checks is essential. Monitoring and resolving build/deployment failures across environments, managing build artifacts, versioning, and release orchestration are also part of your role. Integration of tools for static code analysis, security scanning, and vulnerability checks is required. You will also support Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates and maintain documentation for CI/CD workflows, infrastructure standards, and deployment procedures. Driving DevOps culture, CI/CD best practices, and supporting cloud-native transformation initiatives are key aspects of your role. In terms of skills, you must have at least 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Build & Release Engineering. Expertise with Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML and Classic), strong hands-on experience with .NET Core/.NET Framework builds and deployments, experience with Azure services such as App Services, AKS, and Azure Functions, knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments, proficiency with Git version control and branching strategies, familiarity with tools such as NuGet, NUnit/xUnit, SonarQube, OWASP/ZAP, and understanding of SDLC, release management, and environment promotion strategies are essential. Nice-to-have skills include experience with GitHub Actions or Jenkins, exposure to Terraform, Azure Bicep, or ARM templates for IaC, familiarity with secret management, and knowledge of monitoring tools and deployment troubleshooting.
