Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 3 -7 years of expertise to manage scalable cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high system reliability. This role involves full ownership of DevOps processes in a fast-paced fintech environment, from infrastructure automation to production monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitoring and Performance: Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to ensure high availability and quick resolution of incidents.
• Security and Compliance: Enforce security best practices and manage compliance with industry standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR).
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance. Mentor junior engineers to drive DevOps culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Expertise:

• Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• IaC Tools: Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• CI/CD: Hands-on expertise in building pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
• Containerization: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).
• Proven experience managing production systems, ensuring high availability, and resolving critical incidents.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Familiarity with security protocols and compliance (IAM, encryption, VPC isolation).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and scaling in production environments.
