The Job

Associate DevOps Engineer

• CI/CD Pipeline Development:

  Collaborate with development teams to design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD. Ensure efficient integration, testing, and deployments.

• Infrastructure Automation:

  Build and maintain IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation to automate cloud resource provisioning with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.

• Deployment & Release Management:

  Coordinate software releases with minimal downtime and support rollback strategies. Help define best practices for deployment.

• Monitoring & Incident Response:

  Implement monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk). Support on-call rotations and incident resolution.

• Collaboration & Documentation:

  Partner with dev, QA, and ops teams to promote collaboration. Maintain clear documentation for processes and configurations.

• Security & Compliance:

  Apply security best practices across the DevOps lifecycle and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

• Scripting & Automation:

  Leverage Python to develop automation scripts that enhance efficiency and streamline DevOps workflows.

• Performance Optimization:

  Detect and resolve infrastructure and application performance issues in collaboration with relevant teams.

Your Profile

• Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline development and infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in Python programming for scripting and automation tasks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
