Job Description

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using
Terraform
(IaC) in cloud environments.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot
Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS
.
Create and manage
Docker images
and containers for microservices.
Build and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
Ensure infrastructure is
secure, scalable, and cost-optimized
.
Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and improve overall system reliability.
Maintain configuration management using tools such as Ansible or similar.

Technical Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in AWS services
, particularly
EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)
.
Strong knowledge of
Terraform
for infrastructure automation.
Proficient with
Docker
, including creating Dockerfiles and managing containerized applications.
Working knowledge of
Kubernetes (K8s)
core concepts and resource management.
Experience in
CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance
.
Proficient in
scripting (Python, Bash, or Shell)
.
Good understanding of
cloud networking, security groups, IAM, and VPCs
.
Familiarity with
monitoring and logging tools
.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS Certification (e.g.,
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
or
Solutions Architect
) is a plus.
Experience with
Helm
,
ArgoCD
, or
Spinnaker
.
Prior experience with
GitOps
practices.
