As a D2C Beat Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering soft skills, customer service, device familiarity, and selling skills training related to the mobile technology landscape. Candidates with a background in training and retail business are preferred for this role. Your primary duties will include coaching, taking ownership, influencing others, and effective communication. With a minimum of 3-5 years of training experience, you will be expected to conduct training sessions, create training calendars, and ensure the implementation of training guidelines at stores. You must be willing to travel for training purposes as required. The D2C Trainer role exists to support retail outlets in addressing customer queries in person and offering new propositions. You will work with store staff and managers from diverse backgrounds with varying training needs. Your role will involve keeping them updated on products, processes, tools, behavior, and new developments through regular visits to stores. Key deliverables include creating training calendars, training team members on product selling and customer experience management, and monitoring performance to achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for identifying gaps, creating solutions for improvement, and conducting training sessions for new and existing store staff. As a Trainer, you will prepare training plans in consultation with the D2C Head, execute training sessions, and coach store staff members. You will conduct a mix of performance coaching and classroom training, drive performance at stores, and enhance the knowledge and customer experience of store staff members. In addition, you will attend training sessions, complete on-the-job training, and adhere to the onboarding process, including serving customers at stores. Trainers are required to serve a 2-month notice period before exiting the role and must use GEO Tagging for tracking work location. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and a performance bonus. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday during day shifts.
