Department: Early intervention Centre

Conduct developmental assessments and screenings for children (06 years).Design and implement individualized early intervention plans based on assessment findings.Provide therapy focusing on cognitive, motor, communication, social, and adaptive skills.Monitor child progress and modify intervention plans as required.Educate and counsel parents/caregivers on home-based activities and developmental stimulation.Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and documentation.Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and special educators.Participate in case discussions, reviews, and team meetings.Support inclusion, play-based learning, and age-appropriate developmental activities.Ensure child safety, ethical practice, and confidentiality at all times.Requirements

• Strong understanding of child development milestones and early intervention strategies.

• Ability to work with infants, toddlers, and young children with special needs.

• Good communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members.

• Patience, empathy, and child-centered approach.

• Documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
