Role Overview: As a Development Team Coordinator with experience in Web3 Technology and JIRA, your role will involve working closely with both tech and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and organization. You will play a key role in understanding and communicating the needs of the operations team to the development team, tracking bugs and issues, managing software releases, and maintaining records of tasks and messages. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the operations team to understand their requirements. - Communicate and clarify these requirements to the development team. - Monitor and address bugs and issues reported by the operations team. - Coordinate with developers to ensure timely resolution of bugs. - Assist in planning and managing software releases. - Conduct regular checks to verify proper functioning of systems. - Maintain detailed records of tasks and communications. Qualifications: - Basic understanding of cryptocurrency exchange operations. - Familiarity with Web3 concepts and terminology. - Ability to comprehend and discuss fundamental Rust and MERN stack concepts. - Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
