Development Executive (SMC/DMC)

You should have a Diploma in Mechanical/Plastic/Polymers/Chemical or CIPET with 4-5 years of experience in SMC/DMC Compounding/Injection/Compression/Rubber Moulding. The job is located in Nerul (Navi Mumbai). Your responsibilities will include the development of various grades of SMC/DMC and the development of required raw materials. You will be conducting trials at customers" end, troubleshooting during trials, and should possess essential knowledge of injection moulding. Handling various measuring instruments and conducting testing methods such as mechanical, physical, and electrical will be part of your daily tasks. You will investigate, analyze, and work towards reducing customer complaints, as well as participate in both external and internal quality audits. Experience with documenting ISO and other QMS standards, 5S, Kaizen, etc., is preferred. Knowledge of control plans, flow charts, FMEA, and PPAP is also preferred. Key skills required for this role include proven experience in SMC/DMC compounding and related roles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a result-driven approach. Experience in injection and compression moulding is preferred.,
