Developer_IT_MERN Fullstack

Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at Welspun, you will be responsible for managing the development of all server-side logic using Node, ExpressJs framework, MongoDb, and ReactJs. Your main duty will be to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Additionally, you will integrate the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application, requiring a basic understanding of front-end technologies as well. Key Responsibilities: - Develop front-end website architecture and design user interactions on web pages using ReactJs. - Create back-end website applications using NodeJs and ExpressJs Framework, and set up servers and databases for functionality with MongoDb. - Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and responsiveness of applications. - Work alongside graphic designers for web design features and see projects through from conception to finished product. - Design and develop APIs, staying updated on developments in web applications and programming languages. - Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software. - Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds company and consumer needs. - Maintain all software professionally and provide regular updates to address customer and company concerns. - Analyze and test programs and software for security and data protection, overseeing debugging and troubleshooting of errors. - Collaborate with front-end and back-end web developers on programming and coding issues. - Understand stakeholders" needs and communicate them to developers, working on improving existing software programs and applications. - Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
