Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate wireframes and mock-ups into functional and visually appealing front-end components. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern JavaScript (ES6/ES7) and React best practices. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Implement and maintain state management solutions using Redux or other state management libraries. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and RESTful APIs. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and ensure coding standards are followed. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot front-end issues as they arise. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of designs and enhance user experiences. Implement unit tests and participate in end-to-end testing to ensure robustness and reliability of front-end features. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development, sharing knowledge with the team. Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm, yarn). Experience with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development. Solid understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development principles. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile development environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred (not Mandatory). Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js). Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. Knowledge of server-side technologies and back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Express). Understanding of CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions. Exposure to progressive web applications (PWAs) and mobile app development
