Developer - Workday Extend

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Workday Extend Developer to become part of our team. As an Extend Developer, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain Extend applications that cater to our clients" requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to delivering top-notch solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing continuous support for Extend-based systems. Your duties will include designing, developing, and maintaining Extend-based applications to align with business needs. You will need to customize and enhance existing Extend modules and functionality, working alongside project managers, business analysts, and other developers to grasp project scope and requirements. Testing and debugging of Extend applications will be essential to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Additionally, you will provide technical support, keep abreast of the latest Extend platform developments and best practices, and prioritize data security and application performance optimization. Documentation creation and maintenance for Extend-related development and processes will also fall under your responsibilities. Requirements & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in a development role working with Extend. - Proficient in programming skills using Extend Script, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages. - Experience with SOAP/REST/GraphQL APIs, integrations, and system customizations. - Familiarity with Workday Extend (preferred but not mandatory). - Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system architecture. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with HTML, Javascript, and CSS. - Capability to work autonomously and within a team setting. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Familiarity with SDLC tools such as Git, Github, Github projects, Jira, Bitbucket.
