Role Overview: You will be joining an extraordinary team as an ERP Technical Consultant (Baan V / Infor LN) IT at Flex in Coimbatore location. Your role will involve working on a highly customized baan4/baan5 environment and Infor LN Tools Application Development module. You will report to the Director and play a crucial role in developing and optimizing components in the Baan application. Key Responsibilities: - Estimate time for developments using Baan Tools and work on new components/customize existing components in baan4 and baan5/Infor Ln development environment. - Test customizations and new developments as per user requirements and create patches/dumps on Baan 4 and baan5. - Install dumps/patches/PMC on Baan 4/Baan 5/Ln servers and analyze existing components for performance optimization. - Troubleshoot and debug errors in the Baan application, along with documentation of development and testing. - Adhere to development rules/guidelines and work on various components including Sessions, tables, domains, forms, scripts, DAL, DAL-2, User exits, Reports, DOM, labels, extensions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in IT or related fields. - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT and 3+ years of experience in Baan V / Infor LN. - Proficiency in Baan application development using Baan Tools/Infor LN, with a strong understanding of tables, domains, forms, scripts, DAL, DAL-2, User exits, Reports, DOM, labels, extensions, Ln Studio, and API. - Strong SQL knowledge and experience in testing and debugging customizations. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for understanding both business and IT aspects of problem-solving. - Ability to work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure effective solutions. - Flexible attitude, self-teaching ability, and a desire for continuous learning. - Strong communication skills both written and verbal. - Day shift timings (8am-5pm / 11am-8pm).
