Developer III - Senior Qlik Sense Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Qlik Sense Developer at UST, you will be responsible for independently designing, developing, and optimizing Qlik Sense applications to meet business needs. Your role will involve guiding junior developers, assisting in technical design decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable dashboards and data models that drive actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including ETL and data engineering teams, will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Qlik Sense dashboards, applications, and data models. - Develop predictive analytics models within Qlik Sense to derive meaningful business insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Optimize Qlik Sense applications for performance, usability, and scalability. - Integrate Qlik Sense with Qlik Catalog for enhanced data management and accessibility. - Work closely with ETL teams to ensure efficient data modeling and data pipeline integration. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across applications. - Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to junior developers. - Manage module-level development activities and ensure timely delivery. - Participate in code reviews, defect root cause analysis (RCA), and process improvements. - Support release processes and ensure compliance with project documentation and reporting standards. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in Qlik Sense development. - Proficient in Qlik Sense scripting, data modeling, and visualization techniques. - Strong performance tuning and optimization skills for Qlik Sense apps. - Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with databases like MS SQL Server and Oracle. - Experience with Qlik NPrinting for report distribution. - Strong understanding of predictive analytics concepts and machine learning basics. - Experience in right-sizing compute resources for Qlik Sense workloads. - Good understanding of software development practices and Agile methodology.,
