1. Founding team - We are looking for core members of our local team to work with developers, managers, HR and other teams, involving in key decision making, strategy planning to improve the current business, interact with clients, get the deals closed and all the major operations of the organization
2. Sales Lead - As a sales lead, you will have the freedom to have your sales team and bring inbound sales, making strategic sales decisions and direct contribution to the organization profits. Share of the profit is directly allocated to your base pay.
3. Marketing Specialist - your role is to make a strategic longterm plan to bring samanyastra into the market and bring more insights, more data, more leads to the organisation. You will be responsible for both online and offline markets across india.
4. HR associate - An early role to handle all HR operations in our organization. Onboarding associates to filing necessary documents. You will have opportunity to have a clear understanding of all HR roles as Strategic, admin and inline HR
5. Faculty - We teach and learn and then teach, We are looking for dynamic learners and teachers who will enable the students to get the right learnings. B.Tech (CSE) preferred but all B.Tech are eligible to apply.
Note: Only passout of 2023+ are considered for all above roles.
