Job Description

The role requires you to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client end while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Your responsibilities include understanding product/software requirements, developing software solutions, conducting root cause analysis, improving system performance, and collaborating with project managers and functional teams. You will be responsible for coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, evaluating operational feasibility, automating software validation processes, modifying software, recommending system installations or modifications, preparing reports, ensuring error-free code, and compiling comprehensive documentation and reports. Additionally, you are expected to provide status reporting, focus on customer needs, capture client requirements, seek feedback regularly, participate in education and training, consult with engineering staff, document solutions clearly, maintain good customer interactions, and respond timely to customer requests. Your performance will be measured based on continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software with 100% error-free onboarding and implementation, quality and customer satisfaction metrics, on-time delivery, troubleshooting queries, MIS and reporting accuracy, and adherence to schedules and release plans.,
