Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Developer to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks , PySpark , Java , and Webservices , and will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven solutions. This is a long-term position with a likely annual renewal. Essential Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects to design robust and scalable solutions. Monitor and optimize system performance and cost using dashboards and logs. Work closely with Business Analysts on integration requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve performance and functional issues. Document technical decisions, system architecture, and project artifacts. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. Proactively address production issues and support fast-paced development cycles. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Safeguard company data and report any suspected security issues. Uphold development best practices, standards, and industry methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Maintain focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of IT development experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in system design and code review processes. Strong SQL/PLSQL and backend experience on data-centric projects. Must-Have Skills: Python / PySpark SQL / PL/SQL Databricks Java or C# Preferred Skills: Azure Kafka Node.js Azure Data Factory
