Technical Skills: Expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning for Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen-Bradley, and Siemens controllers. In-depth knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and SCADA. Familiarity with robotic systems and their integration with PLCs are added advantage. Experience in designing and programming control systems for industrial washing machines added advantage. Independence: Demonstrated ability to handle PLC automation projects independently and efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for industrial special process machines. Create and manage documentation for all PLC programs and related processes. Utilize automation software and custom coding languages for machine program development and installation. Serve as the main PLC programming resource for the plant and implement effective HMI controls. Read and interpret logical flow diagrams to ensure accurate representation of control logic. Modify PLC programs to interface with existing or new systems. Implement changes and updates to PLC programs as required by project specifications. Perform thorough PLC testing to verify functionality. Oversee the successful installation of PLC programs. Complete all programming projects, including control logic and HMI screens, accurately and within specified timelines. Troubleshoot PLC programs to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal system functionality. Provide technical support to clients, including on-site startup, installations, commissioning, fine-tunings, assistance and troubleshooting as needed. Perform commissioning of newly installed equipment, including high voltage electrical control panels, PLCs, and field instrumentation. Conduct troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment and components.
