What you'll build:

As a Developer Associate in our development team, you take responsibility for the following:

. Design, code, test and assure quality of complex product features via agile techniques. Resolve complex issues within own area of expertise and support others in resolving issues.

. You should have good experience in application of standard software development principles. You should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.

. Show initiative and drive topics to resolution in a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.

. Work closely together with others and shares expertise to ensure product success.

. Constantly improve own work methods to gain state-of-the-art agile software engineering skills. Enhances skills beyond own core functional focus and work on other tasks for the benefit of the team.

. Have fair technical knowledge and shares expertise within and across team and organization. . . Have advanced knowledge of development processes.

Innovation mindset, continuous improvement and optimization of support activities.

Ramp-up on AI and Gen-AI to be prepared for upcoming use cases in our road-map

What you bring:

. B.Tech. / B.E. / MCA / MTech. with 65% and above

. 1-3 years of work experience as a developer

. Should be hands-on with coding

. Expertise in ABAP programming especially ABAP Objects.

. Working experience in ABAP OO, ODATA , CDS Views , Fiori/UI5.

. ABAP Debugging Techniques, Performance analysis

. Sound Analytical and problem-solving skills

. Good Communications skills and ability to handle internal stakeholders / customer expectation

. Curious to learn, Highly Result Oriented and Agile.
