                                As the Community Engagement Specialist, your role will involve interacting with developers, maintaining educational resources, advocating for the company, and collaborating internally to enhance developer tools and content.   - Act as the primary point of contact for developer inquiries across various platforms such as forums, GitHub, and community channels. - Establish trust and rapport with developers by assisting in troubleshooting issues and sharing solutions. - Gather feedback from the community and communicate insights to Product and Engineering teams to enhance the developer experience.  - Create and release technical tutorials, blog posts, and how-to guides to showcase platform features and best practices. - Develop and manage reference applications, sample datasets, and code repositories to illustrate common use cases. - Collaborate with the documentation team to enhance the clarity, accessibility, and usability of developer docs.  - Represent the company at developer meetups, webinars, and industry conferences as a speaker or panelist. - Host developer-focused webinars, live coding sessions, and workshops to onboard new users and highlight advanced capabilities. - Cultivate authentic relationships within open-source and developer communities. - Promote developer success stories through blogs, social posts, and demos.  - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure SDKs, APIs, and developer tools are user-friendly and well-documented. - Provide developer feedback on new releases and advocate for enhancements that improve usability and adoption. - Work with Marketing to generate compelling technical content and drive community engagement initiatives.  Qualifications:  Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, developer advocacy, or related technical communication roles. - Proficient in one or more modern languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts. - Experience in creating developer-focused content like blogs, videos, tutorials, or sample applications. - Demonstrated passion for developer communities and assisting others in learning.  Preferred: - Experience in data engineering, graph databases, or AI/ML frameworks is advantageous. - Previous exposure to open-source or developer ecosystems like GitHub, Stack Overflow, or Dev.to. - Comfortable with public speaking, webinars, and conference presentations. - Familiarity with building small POCs or sample integrations demonstrating API or SDK usage.  Success Metrics: - Growth and engagement of the developer community through forum participation, GitHub stars/forks, and webinar attendance. - Quantity and quality of developer tutorials, blogs, and reference apps published. - Developer satisfaction scores measured through surveys or feedback loops. - Decrease in developer support requests or improvement in self-service rates.,
