We are looking for an experienced Accounts Staff to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our school in Habra, West Bengal . The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Tally and Excel , with 3–5 years of relevant experience in handling daily accounting entries and school fee collection. Key Responsibilities: Manage and record day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets related to student fees, expenses, and receipts Handle school fee collection , prepare receipts, and reconcile payment records Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger books and financial documentation Assist with monthly and annual closing of accounts Coordinate with the administration team for financial reporting Ensure timely deposit of fees and accurate reporting to management Requirements: Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred) 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in an educational institution Proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a strong ability to coordinate with multiple departments such as housekeeping, accounts, administration, and transport.
