Key Responsibilities: Outlet Operations: Manage daily activities at Citylight and supervise Parvat Patia & Adajan outlets. Team Management: Oversee staff schedules, holidays, training, and motivation to maintain high morale. Customer Experience: Ensure satisfaction through high service quality and quick issue resolution. Creative Ideation: Collaborate with senior leadership on new product launches, campaigns, and store initiatives. Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing agencies, outlet teams, and the factory unit for smooth execution. Process & Policy Execution: Implement and monitor company policies across all outlets. Food & Hygiene Standards: Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are strictly maintained. Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators. Leadership Liaison: Act as a bridge between directors/leadership and ground teams. Performance Monitoring: Track sales, outlet performance, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas. Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve operational issues efficiently. Brand Representation: Uphold Desserts & More’s values, professionalism, and service excellence inside and outside the outlets.
