Key Responsibilities

1. Despatch Operations

• Plan and schedule daily despatch activities based on sales orders.
• Ensure correct picking, packing, and loading of goods as per delivery instructions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Verify quantities, product codes, and packaging before despatch.

2. Documentation & Records

• Prepare despatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
• Maintain daily despatch logs, shipment records, and MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy of system entries related to despatch.

3. Coordination with Transporters

• Arrange vehicles for delivery as per load plan.
• Ensure proper route planning and timely vehicle movement.
• Follow up with transporters/drivers for delivery confirmation and POD (Proof of Delivery).

4. Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all despatches meet company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor loading practices to prevent transit damage.
• Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bill rules, and documentation norms.

5. Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Coordinate with warehouse team for stock availability.
• Assist in stock audits, cycle counts, and FIFO implementation.
• Manage returns (RTV) and coordinate with relevant teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of despatch, logistics, and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
• Time management and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of e-way bill generation and GST documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in despatch/logistics/warehouse operations.
• Industry: Manufacturing preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
