Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a relevant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and employee development strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
