Install, configure, administeration and maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals)
Installation of Windows OS & other Softwares as required by Customer
Configure Outlook Email and BackupConfiguration of Wifi Router, Internet & LAN related TroubleshootingPrinter Sharing & Troubleshooting.Remote & Telephonic Support when requiredResponding to client IT support requests & Maintaining good user relationsMaintaining Call Reports
