Troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Lan, Switch, Passbook kiosk, Outlook, and printers in terms of hardware and configuration issues.
· Ensure timely resolution of escalated support requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
· Monitor and track incidents and request tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
