We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to our clients in Gujarat, specifically in Vilayat, Kharach, and Jambusar. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients in Gujarat, specifically in Vilayat, Kharach, and Jambusar
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices
• Install and configure software applications and operating systems
• Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records
• Ensure network connectivity for desktops and laptops
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a Desktop Support Engineer role
• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Experience in installing and configuring software applications and operating systems
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
