Job Description

As a Computer Desktop Support Engineer at our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support at Level L1 & L2. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education, although further qualifications are preferred. In terms of experience, a minimum of 1 year in the IT field is preferred, with a total work experience of 1 year also being desirable. This position will require you to work at our location in person, where you will be tasked with assisting users with desktop support issues and troubleshooting technical problems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and resolving any issues efficiently.,
