· Candidate should have basic computer hardware troubleshoot and Peripherals ( printers and scanners ) knowledge.
· Candidate should know the installation of windows operating system, Windows & antivirus patch updating, printer, other drivers & applications installation.
· Candidate should take care of L1 support for the network troubleshooting
· Candidate should know the local language to interact with customer.
Activity to be logged and updated in the tool.
