Job Description

You should have more than 1+ years of experience as a desktop support engineer. You must be prepared to provide field support. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will offer technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems. Your responsibilities will include handling user inquiries, installing and configuring software, and maintaining computer hardware. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve problems, provide training to users, and document issues and solutions. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The shift is during the day, from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.,
