You are looking for an Immediate Joiner (Only Male Candidates) for the role of Support Engineer Trainee in Kochi. As a Support Engineer Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include: - Having Corporate Ticket System knowledge with SLA - Effective communication skills are a must - Asset Management - Providing Remote Support with L1 - Offering Windows & Linux Support - Managing user communication for Refresh & other maintenance activity Your work schedule will be from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. The shift timings will be during the day. It is a Full-time job position. In terms of qualifications, you should be a Fresher with Undergraduate degree (BE, ECE, BCA) or Diploma. Additionally, having 2 years of experience in Desktop support is preferred. Please note that the work location will be in person.,
