Job Duties Complying with the requirement of design drawings Responsible for checking the modeling, connecting and editing of all drawings, primarily complex work. Job Duties Responsible for acting as Dowco’s client representative on specific projects Ensuring client communication at a production level is occurring on a regular basis Ensure specific client issues are handled effectively Responsible for ensuring learning and growth objectives are aligned with strategic initiatives Responsible for preliminary review of “customer supplied” contract documentation for those projects most likely to be awarded Responsible for submitting applicable comments, recommendations and final contract acceptance to the EVP for consideration and final approval Meet with the EVP every second week to review Accounts Receivable to ensure that they are current and that action is taken on projects exceeding 60 days Ensure proper and thorough “kick off” and “Close Out” production meetings take place Initial input of project budgeted hours and values into Dowco’s project database systems Responsible for meeting deadlines and production targets Responsible for ensuring that purchase orders and contracts have been received.
