As a key part of our growing operations in India, our Pune office is looking for a high-impact, senior-level individual contributor to join our marketing team. This is a role for a true specialist—a seasoned expert who can independently architect and execute sophisticated outreach campaigns that generate a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads. Position Overview This is a senior, hands-on player role , not a management position. We are seeking an experienced Growth & Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record of taking marketing outreach to the next level. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns designed to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). The ideal candidate is a master of the marketing tech stack and can provide case studies demonstrating their ability to drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Architect & Execute Outreach Campaigns: Independently design, build, and run sophisticated, multi-channel outreach campaigns targeting our ideal customer profile. You'll own the entire process from concept to execution and reporting. Generate MQLs & SQLs: Your primary goal is to generate a consistent and measurable flow of MQLs and SQLs. You'll be responsible for the entire lead funnel, optimizing every stage for maximum conversion. Hands-On Platform Management: This role requires hands-on mastery of our marketing technology stack. Deep expertise in at least one of the following core platforms is essential, while proficiency in others is a significant advantage: HubSpot Marketo Salesforce Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Create High-Converting Assets: Design and create the assets needed for your campaigns, including compelling email copy, ad creatives, stunning graphics, high-performance landing pages, and persuasive presentations. Analyze & Optimize: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze the data to identify what’s working and what isn’t, and relentlessly optimize your campaigns to improve key metrics like conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI. Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to report on MQL/SQL velocity, pipeline contribution, and overall campaign performance to leadership. Qualifications and Experience Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in a B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing role. Proven Track Record (Required): You must provide a portfolio of case studies with specific data and KPIs that clearly demonstrate your past success in: Driving Lead Generation: Quantifiable success in building and scaling a lead generation engine that consistently increased MQL and SQL volume. Improving Lead Quality: Evidence of improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, leading to a more efficient sales pipeline. Pipeline & Revenue Contribution: Examples of campaigns that directly contributed to sales pipeline and can be tied to revenue growth. High-Impact Individual Contributor: You're a self-starter who can work autonomously to drive projects from start to finish and deliver on key business objectives. Certifications: Required: HubSpot Certified (e.g., Marketing Hub Software, Inbound Marketing). Preferred: Certifications in Marketo, Salesforce (e.g., Pardot Specialist, Marketing Cloud), or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) are highly desirable. Analytical Skills: Expert-level ability to analyze campaign data and translate it into actionable insights and optimizations. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is required .
