Designer_DD Structure

Job Descriptions:

• Strong knowledge in preparing 2D and 3D structural drawings.
• Ability to create assembly, fabrication, and installation drawings.
• Skilled in preparing BOMs, weight calculations, and part lists.
• Competent in using CAD tools, with both manual and computer-aided draftingcapability.
• Knowledge of geometry, standards, and safety/occupational health practices.
• Ability to revise drawings, visualize projects, and conceptualize designs.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Keywords: Production drawings, Structural detail design, Shop drawings, Detail 3D modeling,Foran, Aveva, Tekla, Cadmatic, Ship constructor, Bocad.

Desired profile of the candidate:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in shipyard, offshore / Oil & Gas industry in design office.
• Experience in producing engineering drawings for Ships and Offshore structures.
• Proficient with software such as Aveva, Tekla, AutoCAD, Cadmatic Hull and outfitting, Ship Constructor.
• Producing engineering drawings for ships and offshore structures.
• Willingness to conduct on-board inspections for verification and improvement.
• Good English communication skills and report-writing ability.
• Behavioural traits: team-oriented, innovative, accountable, and client-focused.
