Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer - Womenswear located in Delhi, India. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative womenswear designs, conducting trend research, producing sketches, and collaborating with the production team. The Designer will also be involved in selecting fabrics, colors, and patterns, ensuring the designs meet the company's quality standards, and presenting final collections to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in womenswear design and garment construction
• Ability to conduct trend research and produce sketches
• Experience in selecting fabrics, colors, and patterns
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the latest fashion trends and market demands
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
