Job Title: Designer & Draughtsman

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Designer & Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using CAD software. You will work closely with our design and project teams to convert concepts into accurate technical drawings and presentation materials.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, detailed layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements.
• Modify and update designs based on feedback and technical feasibility.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and project files.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
• Assist in material selection, presentation sheets, and BOQ preparation (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of Enscape / D5 render / Lumion / Photoshop for rendering and presentation.
• Site coordination experience.
• Understanding of design standards and construction practices.
