Designer (UI/UX)

Your mission will be to translate user needs, business realities, and engineering constraints into useful and beautiful digital experiences for all our Students. You will be responsible for creating design artefacts at different stages of the product development cycle, including user experience flows, wireframes, sketches, interactive prototypes, high-resolution mockups, and design assets. Working closely with the design and product management teams, you will distill complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and elegant user-centric design solutions. Always advocating for the end user, you will strive to deliver the most meaningful user experience possible. Requirements: - 1 to 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design - Proficiency in digital design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator - Knowledge of user-centered design and usability principles and techniques - Experience with end users and conducting user testing - Applicants from related fields such as print or industrial design are welcome, with a demonstrated ability to translate skills to screen-based products Bonus Skills: - Educational background in a design field (e.g., Industrial Design, HCI, Graphic or Interaction Design) - Knowledge of HTML and CSS - Experience working in a fast-paced environment like a startup Join us to be a part of shaping innovative digital experiences and making a difference in the lives of our users.,
