Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Ji / Tailor to join our clothing brand. The ideal candidate should have expertise in cutting, stitching, and finishing garments across various fabrics and designs. The role involves creating high-quality apparel that reflects our brand’s standards, ensuring perfect fit, style, and detailing.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting and stitching garments as per design, size, and pattern requirements.
• Working on different types of fabrics including cotton, denim, linen, silk, and blends.
• Ability to make all kinds of clothing (shirts, trousers, t-shirts, kurtas, ethnic wear, etc.).
• Conducting alterations, fitting sessions, and ensuring proper garment finishing.
• Supervising helpers or junior tailors (if required).
• Maintaining cleanliness and care of tailoring tools and machines.
• Collaborating with the design team to bring concepts into reality.
• Meeting production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Master Ji / Tailor in the garment industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurement, and patterns.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Skilled in using sewing machines, overlock, interlock, and other tailoring equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work on both modern and traditional clothing styles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of tailoring experience.
• Experience in both men’s and women’s wear.
• Knowledge of latest fashion trends and tailoring techniques.
