Designer

The Designer position is a full-time on-site role located in Tezpur. As a Designer, you will be tasked with creating visual concepts that effectively communicate ideas to inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Your daily responsibilities will include developing layouts and designs for various materials such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. Collaboration with the marketing and content teams is essential to ensure the production of compelling graphics that maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Branding skills. Experience with Typography, Color Theory, and Layout Design is highly valued. Additionally, knowledge of Digital Media, Web Design, and Multimedia Production is required. Attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are essential. You should also be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and have a background in advertising or marketing industries. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred for this position.
