Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Designer role based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality design concepts, preparing detailed layouts, and collaborating with teams to refine and deliver tailored designs. Day-to-day tasks will involve the use of design tools, understanding client requirements, and developing solutions aligned with company standards and client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW
• Creative Design Thinking skills
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and color theory
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team-oriented projects
• Ability to adapt designs based on client or production requirements
• Experience in the packaging or consumer goods industry is a plus
