Designation : Designer/ Senior Designer

Role Description We are seeking a skilled and imaginative designer with a strong passion for creative visualization and design execution across both print and digital platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality marketing and branding materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring visually compelling designs that enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities A thorough knowledge of the following is mandatory for the person.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, magazines, social media creatives, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Develop original design ideas and layouts from creative briefings.
- Work closely with the Brand Guardian/Art Director to enhance conceptual design ideas and execute engaging, user-friendly visuals.
- Maintain a consistent brand image through creative conceptualization, design, layout, and illustration.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging design technologies and trends, particularly in digital and print media.
Role Requirements - Strong understanding of branding and marketing communication across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Expertise in Photoshop compositing for marketing materials, including posters, tent cards, standees, EDMs, and digital mailers.
- Strong typography skills, particularly in title creation and rendering for packaging, branding, or promotional materials.
- Excellent English comprehension and writing skills to independently assess briefs, research strategies, and develop creative concepts.
- Strong time management skills ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Integrity and accountability taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities while maintaining open communication.
Preferred Qualification Experience - Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency, media house, or marketing team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital designs, including branding, marketing collaterals, and social media creatives.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) with a strong focus on compositing and typography.
- Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms, understanding the nuances of each.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
