Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer in Kolkata. The Designer will be responsible for creating and developing design concepts for our soft furnishings, collaborating with the production team to ensure designs are accurately brought to life, and maintaining the quality standards of our products. The Designer will also work on bespoke projects, liaise with clients to understand their specific design needs, and ensure timely delivery of custom solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Creating and developing design concepts
• Experience in Handmade soft furnishings, traditional craftsmanship, and modern design
• Excellent Collaboration and communication skills with production teams and clients
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to manage bespoke projects and deliver custom solutions on time
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly design practices
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
