• Ensuring all yardages are released on time is a challenge because if it is not done, customers may reject the order
• Developing new styles based on new themes, keeping in mind the competitor’s move is a challenge to increase sales
• Research for accessories, buttons, trims is tricky because in the hindsight, they may seem insignificant, but add to the aesthetic look of the apparel.

Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)

• Online research and forecasting on WGSN for colors, accessories, trims, apparels, etc.
• Offline research based on market visits and customer interaction in different regions, along with salespersons.
  

• Creating mood boats for all seasons and making of CAD developments based on different stories.
  

• Releasing the indent sheet to Rishra for all designs to make yardage.
  

• Coordinating with visual merchandizing team and vendors for panel making, based on different stories.
  

• Every season developing new styles. This is done to appeal the customer.
