Designer

As a Designer at Landor's Delhi studio, you will be part of a world-leading brand specialist team that focuses on consulting, design, and creating brand-led experiences for talent and customers. You will have the opportunity to explore and conceptualize design solutions, develop big ideas based on design strategy and creative brief, and support Design Directors and fellow Designers in achieving project goals. Your role will involve evaluating design options, integrating brand messaging, color, imagery, type, and composition into deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to showcase your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication. Key Responsibilities: - Explore and conceptualize design solutions based on design strategy and creative brief - Support Design Directors and fellow Designers in developing innovative creative solutions - Evaluate design options and integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, type, and composition into deliverables - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to showcase passion for creative excellence Qualifications Required: - Previous experience with branding and packaging in a similar role within a brand/design agency - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients - Solutions-driven outlook, fueled by curiosity and an innovative mindset As part of Landor, a WPP company, you will be working in a culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and connection.
