Job Description

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you play a crucial role in creating functional and visually appealing user interfaces for applications. Working closely with senior designers, you assist in developing prototypes, translating UX designs into interaction prototypes, participating in user research, and executing user testing. Your responsibilities also include collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals and values. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing prototypes and models to ensure aesthetic consistency in various products - Translate UX designs into interaction prototypes and artefacts - Participate in user research and contribute to generating end-user insights - Collect client requirements and convert research findings into actionable results - Execute various types of user testing such as remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, and concept testing - Make enhancement recommendations based on end-user insights - Adhere to standards and processes - Collaborate with team members to pursue common missions, vision, values, and mutual goals - Participate in user studies and research - Provide inputs in documenting user stories and problem statements - Participate in concept and usability testing - Create UX designs under the guidance of senior designers - Participate in brainstorming sessions on design with stakeholders - Establish familiarity with customer product branding schemes - Make required documentation for project releases - Provide status reporting to team lead - Document best practices for team members Qualification Required: - Masters/Bachelors degree in design discipline or 2+ equivalent experience in the design domain - 2+ years of industry experience - Proficiency with tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Powerpoint, Keynote, etc. - Ability to create original artworks, illustrations, and icons - Knowledge of Usability Design Principles, Wireframes/Prototyping, Data & Information Visualization, appropriate Design Skills and Tools, Agile methodologies, and usability testing and wireframing/prototyping tools (Note: Additional details of the company were not present in the job description),
