About the Role

Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver

  modern, responsive UI/UX layouts

  for websites, dashboards, and mobile apps used by patients and healthcare partners.
• Create

  marketing and branding collaterals

  including social media creatives, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Translate complex healthcare information into

  simple, engaging, and visually appealing graphics

  .
• Develop

  wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

  to support new digital initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the

  product, marketing, and tech teams

  to align designs with business goals and user needs.
• Maintain

  brand consistency

  across all digital and print materials.
• Conduct

  user research and usability testing

  to optimize design decisions and improve the user journey.
• Stay updated with

  latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and healthcare industry visuals

  .

Key Skills

• Proficiency in

  Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools

  .
• Strong understanding of

  UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards

  .
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly through

  mockups, prototypes, and presentations

  .
• Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, especially for

  healthcare audiences

  .
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
