Designer Executive- UI/UX + Graphic

You will be joining Vaidam Health, India's leading medical travel assistance company, on a mission to provide accessible, transparent, and trustworthy healthcare solutions to patients worldwide. As a Graphic Designer, your role will involve designing visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces, and compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate Vaidam's brand values and mission. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deliver modern, responsive UI/UX layouts for websites, dashboards, and mobile apps used by patients and healthcare partners. - Create marketing and branding collaterals, such as social media creatives, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, and advertisements. - Translate complex healthcare information into simple, engaging, and visually appealing graphics. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to support new digital initiatives. - Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and tech teams to align designs with business goals and user needs. - Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials. - Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize design decisions and improve the user journey. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, and healthcare industry visuals. **Key Skills:** - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards. - Ability to communicate design concepts clearly through mockups, prototypes, and presentations. - Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout. - Strong visual storytelling skills, especially for healthcare audiences. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.,
