Design (Social Media) Account Manager

As a Social Media Designer at Ideosphere, a brand strategy and communication firm, you will be responsible for creating intentional, relevant, and purposeful visual storytelling for clients" social media communication. Your passion for corporate communication and campaign-led storytelling will drive your success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding the client's industry to develop effective communication strategies via Social Media - Translating stakeholder behavior and messages into creative social media content - Designing high-quality visual content such as statics, infographics, carousels, stories, and social media ads - Creating animations and moving graphics using tools like Canva - Ensuring designs align with client brand guidelines and communication objectives - Collaborating with clients, content writers, and team members on design briefs - Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering projects on time - Staying updated on design trends to maintain innovative and effective work - Conducting research to understand client brand language, competition, and category - Illustrating concepts through rough layouts of art and copy - Supporting the larger Design team on mandates as required Qualifications required for this role: - Ability to multitask, be solution-oriented, and work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or UI/UX design - 4+ years of social media design experience with a strong portfolio - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, AI tools) - Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, and proficiency in After Effects preferred - Strong interest in understanding brands and businesses - Creative, layout, and analytical skills - Attention to detail and acute vision - Openness to feedback and willingness to learn - Portfolio demonstrating a variety of creative projects - Team-player mindset Ideosphere values empathy, integrity, ownership, and respect in its employees.
