Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Design & Sales (Interiors) professional. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements, creating custom interior design concepts, and utilizing sales strategies to promote and sell interior design solutions. Additional responsibilities include using design software to develop plans, researching market trends, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics applications
• Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and Architecture-related design concepts
• Capability in conducting Research to understand client needs and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for interior design
• Experience in sales, with the ability to present and sell design solutions effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the interior design or home décor industry is a plus
