As a Design & Sales Executive at NSN Studio Divine, your role will involve developing design proposals, managing client interactions, coordinating with the design team, and ensuring project timelines are met. You will also be responsible for preparing sales presentations, identifying potential clients, and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop design proposals and manage client interactions - Coordinate with the design team and ensure project timelines are met - Prepare sales presentations and client proposals - Identify potential clients and nurture relationships with existing clients - Guarantee customer satisfaction and project success Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong sales and marketing skills, including creating compelling sales presentations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships - Project management skills to handle timelines and collaborate with the design team - Ability to work on-site and efficiently manage multiple tasks A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the luxury design industry would be advantageous.
